We run weekly payroll for UK and Irish based franchise chain with over 1,400 team members and 100 sites. Full processing of UK and Irish payroll. Starters/leavers, shift allowance, night-time premium, uniform deductions etc. Head Office input and time was radically reduced as we act as the payroll department managing payroll and all its auxiliary reporting requirements.
We work with a Group Company with 11 payroll data sets to administer including management and executive payrolls. Group head count in excess of 1,800 and includes close working relationship with many regional, team and executive personnel to execute each payroll to exacting requirements. We developed stringent reconciliation and external/internal audit procedures to ensure 0.001% correction requirement.
